What Size Projector Screens Print E-mail

Projector screens are available in a range of sizes and models to suit any business or domestic user, ranging from small portable screens which can be mounted on a purpose-made frame, fixed projector screens that are sited in a home cinema or office meeting room, through to powered screens which descend from the ceiling at the touch of a button, which are perfect for larger conference rooms.

What size projector screens should you be looking at? This really depends on the use to which it will be put. The main consideration to bear in mind is the size of the room in which the projector screen will be used.  Naturally, if you will be siting the screen in a large conference facility, or even a hall, you will need to ensure that it is large enough to be seen by all present.  Conversely, in a smaller meeting room, a large screen would be inappropriate; at close range, writing on a big screen can be just as difficult to read as small lettering far away!

Once you have settled on what size projector screen you will require, you can decide on what type of screen you will be using, whether it be a manual pull-down screen or a powered screen, fixed or portable. You can also give some thought to the budget you are able to devote to your projector screen. This choice can be bewildering at times; but if you are clear on your requirements, you can turn it to your benefit.
